TIP for Spedia
The Spedia software is available in two forms - a standalone Bar and an Internet Explorer Bar. We advise using the standalone Bar even if your computer system has Internet Explorer installed as the Points appear to accumulate much faster.
By using the standalone Bar you can run multiple instances of Internet Explorer with only one Spedia Bar. The Bar should remain active irrespective of which browser window is currently in use.

TIP for Urge2Net
When filling in the sign up form take great care with the password recovery question field. Do not include an apostrophe in your choice of question (if you do it will not parse - save the data - correctly and registration will fail)!
For example, you should type Mothers maiden name for the question and not Mother's maiden name.
